What kind of music do you listen to when you are lonely?

I love listening to mellow music when I am sad and alone. The lonelier I feel the mellower the music. People advise me that I shouldn't be listening to lonely music when I am lonely but I cannot avoid doing it. I love soft and mellow music when I am feeling so alone in this world. I often shed tears as I listen to the music. Lonely people are advised not to listen to sad music because it worsens the sad feeling in a person but what often happens is the sadder you feel the sadder is the music one wants to listen to.
