How can you find referrals for your PTCs?!

hi all...my question today is how can you find referrals?which are your techniques? i use getref a lot, it find a lot of good and clicking referrals, i've also simplerefs.com and programrefs.com they've found good referrals too, i've opened also a blog (in italian...i'm italian) and from there i've found other referrals...my average is like 1 every 2 days...if is possible i would to powerup my downline builders so...every suggestion is very appreciated!
