Do you always rate?

Do you always rate the repsonses you get to your posts? Do you rate other people's posts and the responses they have been given? I always rate people's replies to my own posts and I tend to rate posts I have replied to. However I do sometimes forget!

I will rate positively if I rate. I won't rate negatively. Most of the time I don't rate at all. I am too busy typing quality posts to do rating. :)
