An apple a day keep the doctor away - How many apples do you eat everyday. My neighbour told me to give atleast one apple a day to my girls. But some days they like to eat and most of the days, they dont want to eat. Is there any other way to make them eat apple

I used to buy apples all the time for my children. They loved them. You can cook apples - stew them with sugar and cinnamon, make an apple pie,fruit salad, etc. I used to cut up an apple in really small pieces after peeling it. My daughter loved it that way. She'd grunt for it even before she could talk.

I think instead of cooking food i think it is better to eat fruits here.It will be a very simply job.
