AC says my account is inactive?

Has anyone else run into the problem where AC has said that your account is inactive? I am trying to figure out what would have caused it. I sent them an email asking why it had happened, I haven't gotten a response as of yet. I did not recieve an email from them stating there were any issues.
Has this ever happened to you? Does anyone know what may have caused the problem?

Well, the only think I can think of, is if somehow you might have broken a Rule and they banned you, or you signed up twice not knowing you have done so, or has it been quite a while since you have logged in? Personally, I would try it again at a later time, or hope someone responds back to you, since it sounds like maybe it could be a glitch or something as well.

I have been a member of AC for over a year now close to 2 years I think. I just submitted an article almost 2 weeks ago that they paid me for but never published. I can't think of any rules that I would have broken, I just hope that they respond to me quickly, this is a bit disconcerting.
