Christmas is a time when many persons engage in a festive spirit. They expect a lot of cake ,parties, vacation ,presents and food. The world is on the brink of recession which means many of the luxuries they were able to afford may be affected .
Is this your situation or will you still be able to enjoy the festive season by finding a way to enjoy the simple things in life ,family and friends.

Here in Houston, TX, we're not nearly as affected in this financial crisis as the rest of America (California, Chicago, NYC, etc.). The service industry is BOOMING here in Houston and there is no lack of money, or lack of jobs for that rather.
So, with that said, we'll still have a great Christmas - including a nice big dinner, going to church on Christmas eve, opening plenty of presents on X-mas morning, and spending time together with the family.
We do enjoy the simple things, and certainly we don't take our fortunes for granted. But, needless to say, we're VERY HAPPY we're not living in L.A. right now!
