have you tried having an unqualified boss?

Hi mylotters , how r u? hope u enjoy surfing to mylot, im an employee for 15 years serving as account officer. when our president has died 2 years ago, one of the corporator took over the position. We highly regards and respect her since she is so good in dealing with her employees . However we learned that she is only a high school graduate and yet we found out that she doesn't have enough knowlege in the office transactions. She just signed whatever documents is presented after we elaborate to her about the content of it. Everytime we have visitors she entertained but one or two of our staff must be their to witness the transactions made by the clients. We find so hard in having this kind of boss . If you were in my shoes , what will you do to solve the situation like this. Please share to me your opinion coz my colleagues were always questioning if theres such things as that. Its useless to study and have a degree where you can be a boss even if you are high school level only.
