How long does it take for you to "get ready" in the morning, or just going somewhere? Hahaha, just curious. Because somepeople would literally take more than an hour! For me... Wakng up: 15 minutes or more... I'm not really up up till I get up. Bathroom Business: 1 - 3 minutes, depends. Shower: 15 minutes or more. Makeup: 5 minutes or more. Hair: 10 minutes or more, depends. Getting dressed: 5 minutes or more. Misc.: I dunno... 50 minutes?

Haha it's true.. so I think we should make a "take 3 hours to get ready day" we could all be late for work and not be docked! LOL

3-5. Get up, smell myself, decide no shower, go to the bathroom, smell clothes to find something clean. Put it on. Go.

To me I take around one and a half hours to prepare myself before going out of the house. This includes ironing my clothes, prepare a simple breakfast for my husband and myself and later doing the dishes. Usually if I prepare a simple breakfast like cornflakes with milk, and coffee for my husband, it will take around 5-7 minutes because I have to boil the water first using the electric kettle. Then eating breakfast will take another 10 minutes. Ironing the clothes takes 15 minutes or more, depending on what type of clothing I have to iron. Then the cleaning up the dishes. Shower around 20 minutes. Dressing up, 5 minutes. Make-up is another 5 minutes. I wear a scarf so I just comb my hair and hide it inside the scarf. Wearing scarf, 5 minutes. Plus this and that and yeah, one and a half hour is enough only if I do everything without resting a while. This means if I rush doing it, I can achieve one and a half hour.

Me maybe 3-5. Get up, go to the bathroom, smell myself, decide I don't need a shower. Smell clothes to see what is okay, put it on, and go.

it would just take me 10 minutes because I make sure that I prepared it the night before my trip. I'm not the type of person who rush every things out. I secure my needed things because I'm particular of not forgetting any thing that I totally need. That ten minutes would just be for checking for the last time and clinging a tag on my bags. ^^,

Well, I can get ready very fast. At other times, I can take a long time. It depends on where I am going, and the environment in which I will be. For work in the morning, my ideal timing is 35 - 40 minutes. If were to go to university lectures, I would probably only need 15 minutes maximum. If I were planning on going out to a club, I would probably take around 30 minutes.

Well if you ask my husband he would say way too long! LOL But since you're asking me I say a reasonable hour and I can be ready to go anywhere! LOL

Hi LifeGuru, being a girl, guys think that it always takes us a million years to get ready. as for me, i wake up 30 minutes before i have to leave for work so it really doesn't take me that long. i usually shower the night before so i can get a few more minutes of sleep LOL and for a special occasion/fancy one it would probably take me the same amount of time.
