Coconut Macaroons

Do you like coconut macaroons? I have not had them in a long time so, I made some coconut macaroons this morning. They turned out pretty good. Since they do not have a lot of flour in them they take a long time to cook. Probably took a little longer since I kept opening the door and checking to see if they were done yet. Do you like coconut macaroons? Do you like coconut in other things?

I love them but I have never made them myself. I like coconut in Mounds and Almond Joy and other things too. Pina coladas hmmmm...

I love Almond Joy! These cookies have almond extract in them, so they kind of remind me of Almond Joy. I almost dipped them in chocolate. Maybe next time I will do that.

I am not a big fan of coconut. So the maroons are not on my list of faves. But my hubby likes them.

I know lots of people who hate coconut and lots of people who love it. Half the ones I made yesterday sold already. Actually within 2 hours of putting them up there.
