Has anyone been paid by ScavengerCash?

I have been hearing about ScavengerCash. It is a paid to post forum. I was a member at that site earlier. But the site was hacked some 3 months before. After that I did not check the site..I have heard that the payment procedure is little longer at that site. The moderators check the earnings and then recommend the payout..It is said that it takes more than a month to get the payout after requesting the payout..Is that so? What is the actual procedure followed there? Has anyone at mylot been paid at ScavengerCash?
