eazy freezy pumpkin pie

My daughter had brought home a pumpkin. she wanted to make pumpkin pies out of it. Well this was a big pumpkin I had to put some of it in freezer bags and freeze for a later time. But I made three regular pumpkin pies and two frozen pumpkin pies. I had never heard of a frozen pumpkin pie and neither had a lot of people around here. I decided to try it, its quite easy all you need is half cup of brown sugar half tsp salt one cup of pumpkin half tsp of cinnamon one quart of vanilla icecream and two nine inch graham cracker crusts freeze for two to three hours. It turned out pretty good. everyone seemed to like it. but nothing beats an original pumpkin pie. So what about you have you heard and tried a frozen pumpkin pie?? what other pumpkin treats have you tried??
