I haven't been taking non-prescription and prescription meds for over 3 yrs now. I'm all for natural cures. I'm coming down with most likely a bad flu though :( Any help and advise will be appreciated.

If you take a clove of garlic and chop it up, but chop it up into a pretty nice sized piece, but nothing really large or anything and put it on a teaspoon. Then, take some honey and fill the spoon of garlic with the honey and then swallow it. Take it maybe twice a day for a few days and it should help. Garlic is pretty much a natural anti-biotic and honey does kill germs as well. My partner did it when she was sick and she was better in about three days.

OMG! I was just thinking about garlic the other day but was kind of scared to take it cause I was afraid I'd throw up afterwards. I don't like the smell of garlic. I didn't think about adding honey to the garlic. Thanks so much I will definitely give that a shot. I kind of feel a little better today though cause I had some ginger ale but I still feel a bit nauseous. Thanks again.

I think if you remember to swallow it and not chew it at all it probably won't be so bad.

I think drinking a lot of fluids with lemon, honey, garlic and cinamon and sleeping as most as you can. Sleeping is actually the best medicine, trust me.

I think lots of water and enough good sleep is very helpful to recover from a bad flu. Besides, orange juice and chicken soup can make you feel better. I love China
