How to slim down in 2 months from 87kgs to 70 kgs?

Hi i became so fat after my son born..i have my tummy and having big butt..can u please give me some tips for slimming down in 2 months...i need to meet some frds overseas so tell me some exercises i m a housewife i dont go out verymuch....i m waiting for ur reply ...

If you are really determined in losing your weight in two months, I can help you reduce the amount of weight you want. I have done the same thing last year, and it really worked. But, you have to be able to refrain yourself from eating more than you should. For me, I followed a very strict diet and never cheat myself. For breakfast I only take two handfuls of corn flakes with a cup of fresh milk. You can eat it cold or warm, it is up to you. Then mix yourself a cup of melilea greenfield organic. This is a type of food supplement which help you eliminate sugar and body fat through your urination. After drinking this supplement, drink a lot of plain water and you will notice that you will urinate frequently. You will feel hungry, but ignore this feeling. This is the best part of slimming. Hi thq very much for this diet .can u please tell me where can i get this melilea greenfield organic..in supermarket or in pharmacies..can u please tell me? i dont cheat my self i will strictly follow ur diet but we have to walk right? do u know any exercises..i m waiting for ur message thqqq

hi gauthami 1.wake up early in the morning before 6:30 2.in luke warm water add one lemonjuice and one teaspoon of honey.CAUTION:dont add the lemon and honey to the water when it is boiling 3.dont eat anything for 1 hour 4,drink 2 litres of water a day 5,do some yoga r exercise atleast for 30 min 6,have a balanced diet IN MORNING-one fresh juice and dates IN EVENING AND NIGHT-have some fruits and vegetables AVOID JUNK AN PACKAGED FOODS DRINK PLENTY OF WATER SO THAT U CAN LOSE 2 KILOS IN A MONTH
