ICL a success in its 2nd season?

was the ICL a hit in its second season? did it manage to give IPL competition?
i heard from a friend that it was a hit these season. why was ICL a hit this season?

i concur my opinion with you shekher. it is a good venture, it will be more successful in the coming years. but i don't think it can beat ipl.

its better to say that this icl season was better than the previous one.they already got 5 venues when they started only with 2 venues.they have the whole bangladesh team as an icl team and if you had seen the dhaka warriors playing in the game,you would never say that bangladesh team are the under dogs.one of the outstanding features is the fielding.i have seen every format of the game but the fielding in icl was absolutely brilliant.at the start of this season,there was not much crowd...but the main reason was the structure of those stadiums.but as the game progressed,i started to see large crowds..infact during the first icl final,almost 83000 people watched the match from the stadium.and kapil was right when he answered that he is very much sure that ipl people are watching the icl matches .you can expect to see many more bangladesh players next season.i sincerely wish that BCCI and ICC remove that banning stuffs because i was impressed at the talent i witnessed during those matches.i am hoping to see these guys play again for the national team

you are right bangladesh team played really well in the ICL.
i dont time to watch ICL . the timing of the matches are odd at afternoon.
it is giving IPL a fight as i can see from comments in my discussions.

Sure. If anyone watched the match over T.V., without doubt can tell. The stadium was almost full like an international match in which india is playing.
Many of the players played in ICL surely deserves the place in national side. ICC should think over it and play as a mediator between BCCI and ICL organisers.

I think ICL success in second season . It can not manage IPL competition. Because In ICL most player taken retirement from international cricket and ICC not allow to play in international cricket of ICL player . IPL has a lots of money and many famous player play in IPL. ICL started new team in Bangladesh. ICL provide opportunity to player who has not give chance by BCCI . In feature ICL will grow .
