Day or night? When do you like to travel ?

Always I plan to start by evening and reach the destination at early morning.It is very nice to remain awakened,passing over cities in their night beauties,remaining speechless,less traffic,etc..After a little sleep,when the Sun is rising,and people are seen here and there with gentle motions,you get into your destination like a new born.I like it.Do you?

I'd like to travel in the day.
I love sunshine and I like to see things in bright, sunny color.
The evening for me is kinda.... makes me feel want to relax.

I prefer traveling during the day because you can enjoy the scenery and if you have an emergency, it's easier to get help. It's also safer since people don't usually do crazy things in the morning. It might be a little bit busy but with a little patience.. Everything can be done accordingly..

Travelling in the daytime is better unless you have to just reach somewhere.

It all depends on by which mode you are travelling and where you are travelling?
If i travel by air or train i prefer day journey. But I liked to travel in the night if the destination i had already traveled many times.
The other factor is the purpose journey. If it is an official i would like to travel in the morning and reach there in the night. Have a good sleep in the hotel and meet the client in the morning.

For car trips I want to leave at 4:00 am to see the scenery on the way. My family has taken some amazing trips across the US this way. (Before gas prices surged.)
Although, for a long plane trip it would be nice to go overnight and arrive.

Most of all I like to travel by day so I can see the passing scenery from the window. It is lovely to leave in the early morning and arrive before sunset. My favorite way to travel is by train and it is lovely to sit all day in a comfortable seat looking out of the window. I like to sleep in a comfy sleeping compartment and then go to sleep listening to the train moving along. Then I wake up feeling fresh in the morning and am ready to arrive. I can have a train trip of up to a week and enjoy it. I find bus journeys less comfortable and so a day or a night on a bus is my limit. I can get sea sick on a ferry when the sea is rough. If there are islands to see from the window that is lovely but if the view is just ocean that is boring.

I like traveling in the day because you can see all the scenery around you but than again sometimes it is nice to travel at night to because there is less traffic and you can rest if you want.
