Most people think, to lose weight, one has to eat less. But there are people, who don't eat much, but once they eat a lot, they gain weight really fast. There are people, who eat a lot, but their body shape is consistent. To lose weight, it's not about eating less. Yes, scientifically people will think, when you eat less, the body will use the fat that's already in the body to generate energy, and causes weight to decrease. But the truth is, when you eat less, your body will take a more cautious approach. It will slow down the rate of fat burning, because it wants to make sure that it has enough fat to burn in the future to generate energy. The body is trying to adapt to your lesser food consumption. To lose weight, you have to have more meals in a day, and never miss breakfast. Eat less in a meal, with more meals. Secondly you must exercise, the short-term benefit is the fact that when you exercise you use up more energy, so the body will burn fat. In the long term, your body will perform better, in terms of the rate of fat burning, the digestive system, etc. If you exercise, in the future, even though you eat a lot, you won't get fat easily, because your body system is efficient in digesting the fat and converting it into energy. Exercise develops all the relevant organs to make your body system more efficient in its performance.
