Talk inside Gmail

Gmail just started a new feature-- Voice and Video Chat right inside Gmail. OMG, that's what I predicted a few years ago, I knew they'll make it. Did any of you guys try it out already? How good it is? I'm a big fan of Gmail, unfortunately, my sound card is not recolonized by my new system for the moment.
