who knows about VCC (virtual credit card) ?

anybody know about VCC (virtual credit card)? I heard that it can be use tu verify paypal account.. can anyone give me some info.. is it good or bad.. where can I find it at best price and any other important things that I should know about VCC thanks in advance. =)

I've heard it before. Most of the sites that offer it looks fishy though. You might want to check with paypal first before going through with it. Just to be on the safe side.
