My boss fall in love with one of my colleagues, they are now lovers. But my colleague may got a big headche because we don't talk to her as much as we used to be. Sometimes we would talk about our salary or company policy, and we don't know her to know about what we think, because she maybe tell the boss what we think. During the middle lunch break, my boss was out to other place, she come and have lunch at the sample table to me. She told me that she was thinking about quiting the job, because now people don't like to talk to her now, she feel unhappy even though she is getting together with the boss. I listened to her, and felt sorry for her but I don't know how to console her.

it's normal when boss fall in love with his employee, you cannot blamed them to fall in love, dont make the situation hard for her, she's doing nothing to you all, her fault is she fall in love with the boss and make u people think that she might betrayed you by telling the boss of what u saying about salary and company policy.Think positively and things will be okay..

We are colleagues, they are lover, relations between lovers is surely more close than that between colleagues. They can talk anything, so we can not talk anything, because what we talk about will be heard by our boss. Relation in society is like that...

It's normal. I think I would do the same thing like others would do. Not talk about rants and rave about salary or company policies when the gf is around. It's hard to get a job and I sure dont wanna get fired coz the gf told it to the boss. I feel sorry for her though but she needs to understand other employees too.

The good news is that she is totally understand us, she is a reasonable woman. that's why she prefer to sacrifice her career to have a better relationship. Maybe she can find some better job in another place. Thanks for your sharing.

Could they have kept it a secret from her colleagues? I guess it would have been wiser for both of them. I don't blame your colleagues being afraid that she might be the one who will be your boss' ears. © ronaldinu 2008

yes, there's possible that she may not tell the boss what we are discussing about, but nobody wants to risk the chance. So... you know the result. And it is impossible to hide their relationship from others, because, wind blows.

When it comes to love, there`s really no such thing as boss or employee since accordingly everyone is equal when it comes to it. I just really love reading stories about an employer falling inlove with his employee... the drama behind really touches me. But the thing is, they should really be professional when it comes to work. I feel sorry to for your colleague, but I can never blame you and your other colleagues for what had happened, sometimes it`s the price of love.

Thanks for sharing your opinions. I just feel a little pity for her leaving, and the reason for her leaving is becuase she is gf of the boss. Maybe that's better for her, because once she leave, she can be with the boss happily, and no worry about colleagues any longer.
