Sure glad I did not jump in to purchase CITI when this was written. It's been down to $3 since then. I am staying away from financials still. The market, Geitner, and Obama make me nervous.

I will look into Citigroup. But just because a stock is low does not mean it is a good deal. There might be a very good reason that it is that low. Like red in it's financial reports. Loss of earnings, etc... There are also a lot of other really good investment oportunities right now. This is the best time to be an investor in the last 30 or so years. There are tons of oportunities in the stock market as well as the realestate market. That is the real place to make crazy amounts of money right now. Interest rates as low as they are offer a prime time to buy up investment properties. I am reserching properties in my area and plan to buy some very soon to take advantage of the great interest rates.
