Many filipinos say that the truth will not come out about the fertilizer scam if Pres. Arroyo is still president. Former Agriculture Undersecretary and the now infamous Jocelyn "Joc-Joc" Bolante has already been grilled by the Senate, but his appearance just brought more questions than answers. Bolante washed his hands of the P728-million fertilizer scam and cleaned the name of current Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. Different camps are saying that the truth will not be set free or will not come out as long as President Arroyo is still in public office. I guess it couldn't be more obvious. The position and authority of this country's chief executive brings one tremendous power, and our president really knows how to use whatever power she wields. Do you also feel this way?
