Have you ever been to Bangkok, Thailand??

From what I heard, seems like Bangkok is a nice place to find great bargains and great sites. My husband and I are going there in April to celebrate our 5th anniversary. I have been researching a lot about the place. I want to make our visit worth the money we are spending. Our travel package includes visits to the temples of the reclining buddha and the golden buddha. My friends who's been to Bangkok recommends we visit the grand palace as well. I have yet to research more about the places to visit. Any recommendations?

To be honest, i have never been there. It is still a mysterious land for me. But i think it must be a land of beauty and smiles. It must be a place that has its own culture and style. People there must be kind-hearted and friendly. Am i right? Recently i watched some Thai dramas. I love the stories very much. I find that Thai dramas are romantic. What attract me most is that the actors are pretty or cool. Hehe... Ann, Ken, Noon, Pong, Tik, Mos, they are perfect! Can you tell me more about your country? Who is your favourite star?

I've been to Thailand, went to Bangkok twice and Pattaya once. I enjoyed being in Bangkok; the food is good, shopping great and people friendly. However the traffic is bad; so we have tried using the trains (or do you call them sky-trains?) and it's very convenient - we were able to travel from our hotel to most of the places we wanted to visit. I would really like to visit Bangkok again!

no i didn;t visit thailand and bangkok and want to visit those places. now a days pataya and bangkok are famous i think and many of our indians are going there . and i also want to visit those places. hope i will come in future.
