How do they know?

Let me set the scene for you. You have been working on a big deal for weeks and have spent hours in negotiations but tonight is the night. You are expecting a phone call that will finalize the deal any minute now. Just as the phone rings and you answer it happens. Your younger children run by you screaming at the same decibel as a police siren and then it hits....the teenado blows through asking how long you will be on the telephone and destroying everything in its path. My question is how do they know when to interupt you at your most important moments? Are children equipped with some type of radar that allows them to zero in on us when we are most fulnerable?

Hi. Thanks for nice posting of true life story. I think it is coincidence combined with bad luck. Training the children sometimes may help avert the situation.
