My son was having a loose tooth for a while.. So, yesterday he went to the dentist and he got his teeth pulled out. He got one front teeth pulled and the one next to it, the smaller one.. He said that his teeth was hurting him. So, the school notified me that he was having problems with his teeth.. I was so glad that he got it pulled yesterday. I am happy to know that he is not in any pain anymore.. This is the first time that he has ever lost any front teeth. His teeth has been loose in his mouth for about a month now.. I was surprised because I though that it would take up to two weeks or so to come out on its own.. That is what happened with his other two teeth that he losed in June and July. My son has no cavities. On his last general cleaning check up, his dentist had pointed out the teeth that he would eventually lose.. So, far he has lost two teeth already. He has great teeth. His dentist was telling me that he will lose his baby teeth, and that his adult teeth were going to be coming in soon.. I was astonished.. I thought that he would have to be older for these to begin to come in.. The dentist says that some people teeth come in earlier than others.. I always wondered what my kids would look like to have their front teeth missing, well now I know.. He still looks so cute.. And his teacher called yesterday evening to check up on him too..

Yes, I am very happy for him. I went out and bought some Quaker Oatmeal for his mouth pain.. He had Strawberries and Cream yesterday.. And then today he had Peaches and Cream... He said that he loved the oatmeal.. I was so happy to feed him.. Yes, he has great teachers that are very nice and caring.. I am glad to have them as his teachers.

Kids are adorable when they have a couple of baby teeth missing! I'm so glad he has great teeth! Be sure that he knows to floss every day--I wish I had known that before my teeth got so bad. It keeps plaque from forming and if you do it properly you probably will never have cavities or gum disease.

Yes, you are right! Flossing is very important to the well being of ones teeth and gums. I was so afraid once to know that my son will be getting his teeth pulled one day.. I hated to think about having having to lose any teeth.. But, I have realized that this is a part of life that we must experience.. Now, I will have to see my other two daughters get theirs pulled one day. And I will see them lose teeth too. I am glad to know that his teeth are healthy..

Wow!! That sounds very painful just hearing about this.. I have had my own personal shares of getting my teeth pulled.. So, I know how you feel to get many teeth pulled.. I have had my teeth pulled for many reasons.. I have even had my teeth pulled out for over crowding.. They were not loose, but they just needed to be pulled.. Oh, how I hated that.. I hope that all goes well next Thursday. Hang in there!
