PA Medical Exmainer ships wrong body to Jamaica!!

Apparently a man had died in a fire in march and his family requested he be sent back to Jamaica but the ME sent the wrong body back. It cost $9K to get it all straightend out and people got fired!! I guess the two bodies were both unidentified but wore wrist bands with the street name they were found on and both streets started with "A". I know Allegheny County and that's not usually something that they do, messing up like this.

Oh man! What a horrible, horrible mix up to happen! 
Surely you would think that an error like this is so avoidable! It is actually TWO families that end up affected by a mistake like this too and you would think that a Medical Examiners office would be so thorough when it comes to things like this. How could you trust in their ability to provide solid forensic and post-mortem information for cases etc if they can't even get something like sending the correct body to a family right?? No wonder people were fired.
