Teachers Politics against Other Teachers on Tution

When there is professional competition between teachers of the same department some teachers speak ill against other teachers and even degrade themselves to utilise their students.One of my teachers said to me,"If any teacher speaks ill of me,tell him that I was praising him.And I actually praise that he is a very good teacher who takes his class very sincerely."
