I like very much to cook, especially especial foods for my family or for my friends or for my grandfather and grandmother and also for guests. In my last birthday, I created a mess. I tried to cook a pan pizza, for the five members of my family. But helplessly I could not. All the contents sticked to the pan. And went as absolute blunder at a very important day. I can cook chess pizza and also mutton recipie, but Pan pizza is needed to feel me a good cooker.I went to some pizza shops, but they did not responded fine last monday. Do you have any idea, anybody?

hi friend, i am writing down a recipe i hope you find it easy because i rarely bake pizza at home but if i have to i try this one as i find this easy, so i hope you too cantry this,... 3 cups luke warm water 1 tbsp yeast 1/4 cup sugar 1 tbsp salt 8-10 cups flour 2 tbsp cornmeal 3 cans tomato sauce 3 cups shredded mozrella cheese add water, cheese, salt and sugar in the mixing bowl let it sit for 10 minutes. you should see bubbles of yeast.mix in flour conservatively. dont add too much. after ixing it in keep adding until dough is not wet looking and can be kneaded. knead it until smooth. let it rise until 30 minutes. at room temperature. pre heat oven to 475 degrees. split dough into pices . roll the dough into the size of your pan . sprinkle corn meal in each pan. place dough onto the pans. stretching or squeezing . spread some tomato sauce on the dough leaving about an inch around, the outside without sauce. add additional toppings as desired. bake for 8-12 minutes. or until the dough is fully cooked. the bottom of the pizza should be little crisp. your pizza is done and al ready to served and enjoyed.

oh sure! there are alot of recipes for homade pizza. You can even use Grands biscuits for a crust. cooks.com has some good recipes too. 2 cans tomatoes, undrained and chopped 2 green peppers, chopped 2 onions, chopped 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. dried oregano 1/8 tsp. pepper Combine and simmer over low heat 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Cook ground meat (1 1/2 pounds) with salt until no longer pink. Drain, spoon tomato mixture over crust. Add meat, olives, etc. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Add Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. Bake 10 more minutes. Top with Parmesan. Crust: 1 c. boiling water 2 tbsp. shortening 1/4 tsp. salt 1 pkg. yeast (fast acting) 3 to 6 c. flour Mix all ingredients, divide in two and place in pizza pan. Cook for 10 minutes and remove and place sauce and cheese on top. For quicker pizza you can even use one of those Boboli crusts.
