hi i live in india (delhi)and the time for casting a vote is near.there so many things i want the cndidate to be elected to do and yet i know its not gonna be fulfilled cause its been like this forever.politicians come in for asking votes in their favour in election time and then they dissapear like ghosts.so i thught why vote .wht do u think .would u vote if u r from india .
