Dude, if you've seen the episode when Kay gave Marge the scarf for good luck before driving off to rehab you'd obviously know that Jill did not find Kay's body! So, it was obvious that it wasn't Kay anyways! Soap Opera's always get these twists, and if you're a good tv/movie critic, you'd see the foreshadow when it is coming. I'm pretty sure when Kay shows up to Jill or anybody who knows her will cause such confusion and a whole lot of explaining. But it is very touching to know that if you lost someone, you wouldn't know how important they are till you actually lost them, because they leave such a huge presence in yourlife that you don't really realize it while they're still on earth.
