Cancer fighting foods

Me and my husband are very health conscious. We know that antioxidants can help prevent certain cancers, but phytochemicals (natural plant chemicals found in some fruits and veggies) have their own protective benefits. We usually include cancer fighting foods like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, avocados and strawberries into our diet. Here's my suggestions: For breakfast, you can toss a handful of strawberries into a bowl of cereal, or make a smoothie using frozen berries and plain low-fat yogurt. For lunch, fill your plate with two-thirds veggies and one-third fish or meat, or load up on sandwiches with less meat and more lettuce, tomatoes, and carrots. For dinner, hit the salad bar, or steam brocolli and spinach, then toss in pasta and a bit of olive oil. How bout you guys, can you suggest any receipes or healthy foods that we can include to our diet?
