Worst customer service you have experience?

Can you share us some experiences when calling the customer service of companies? I had my fair share here in Manila. The best customer service agents are here for outsourcing companies but the local companies has the worst call center representative. Most of them are giving the worst customer service experience for me, some cannot really give any resolution and the worst is they are just disrespectful.

i agree with! most of the local customer service representatives are inefficient, very rude and disrespectful!!!
we had a problem with our telephone line for almost 2 days already and keep on calling the Customer Service of the particular line, the call center agents are keep on telling us that they will submit the report to the proper department so we need to wait for 5 day! we can not wait that long coz we use the line for our business. so we asked the agent to transfer our call to his supervisor, the supervisor is very inefficient he can't even resolve our problem nor can't send a technical team on our site. worst is...i am already shouting coz i got irritated with his excuses , he respond to me shouting also! in short the customer is irate the CS supervisor is also irate... can you believe that?? very stupid and very rude.
now we will file a formal complaint against that supervisor so that other clients of this telephone line wont experience the same experience we had.

Well, I haven't really had a lot of experience with that yet, but as of now, the last thing I had trouble with was eBay, I was trying to confirm myself and they had to call my phone and give me a confirmation code. It wasn't calling me, so I had to wait half an hour for live help. Then, in the middle of receiving help I had to go, urgently, so the next day I just used a different phone and luckily it worked.

Not at all times. im working in a call center. and an i rate customers are more likely than a non i rate customer. Maybe your one of an I rate customers
