Some people use sugar while others use milk .What are the advantages of using sugar versus milk.My experience is that milk tends to give it a more body while sugar gives it an even distribution.Consequently I tend to use milk with cocoa and coffee but sugar with green tea.

Usually I use honey and milk....the local raw honey, to help me not have allergy attacks during pollen season (works extrordinarily well too!). Happy MyLotting!

Hi ronnyb, I prefer to stir my cup of hot coffee or tea with fresh milk and a teaspoon of sweet condensed milk to make it more delicious. I dislike any sugar added to it for the drink is not thick enough to suit my taste. If fresh milk is not available I would then use a tablespoon of milk powder. I like plain green tea. I love the original aromatic fragrance of hot green tea. I try different types of green tea which I had bought during my foreign trip vacation. posting and have a nice day.

Throughout my life i have used both sugar as well as milk in both tea and coffee. I only avoid milk whenever i have an upset tummy and loose motions. However recently i was diagonised with Diabetes and therefore i stopped taking sugar completely. I do not like the taste of unsweetened tea and coffee so nowadays i add Sugar Free Natural which tastes exactly like sugar and also has an extremely low calorie content. I recommend all people who are prone to put on weight and excessive calories to use this sweetener for their good health. As far as milk is concerned most people use buffalo milk which has a very high fat content. I used to use this milk but now have started using cow`s milk which has a very low fat content.

I use sugar. My great grandmother use to always put milk in my tea though. I always thought it was odd, but it did taste good for some reason. Everyone should try it. If you want to cut back on sugar, use a little milk.

I use sugar or sweet and low to sweeten my tea and coffee.. i also use it in other stuff like today.. i used it in my oatmeal lol and it tasted good. i use sweet and low way more then i use regular sugar because of the calories. i like a lot of sugar so by using sweet and low it saves me a lot of calories i'm sure lol they say one pack of that stuff is two tsp spoons and i use three packs in my coffee so if that is true thats six spoons of sugar lol which is WAY Too much and its probably actually close i think i might only use 4-5 tho but still thats a lot of sugar....

Well for my tea, I sometimes have used sugar before. Are you talking about sweetened condensed milk? I don't really put that in my tea... my dad has always had that in his coffee though. I've never heard of using normal milk in tea? I don't know. I enjoy honey in my tea most of the time though, can't seem to drink most kinds alone. I try to limit the amount though.
