Oh my God; I'm Old!

I joined facebook yesterday and today I found a old mentor. Her daughter, who I used to hang out with when she was about 8, got married I fouud out. She's 18 and put off college to marry this boy. I feel really old, old, old, now. Have you ever felt like that? How did you regain your youthful spirit?

Many things in life can make us feel like we are really old. Don't let them bother you 
I just came back from a stepsons wedding and was amazed at how old all my children look and my granddaughter is all grown up now too. How'd that happen? I stayed the same
