Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

I want to setup an Interactive Voice Response for my company in such a way whenever users call our office extension it goes to a computer. Their will be pre-recorded voice that will guide the user base on his/her needs. Thousands of users call our office a day and this will help reduces our work load. Can anybody please help? Thanks a million times.
