" forgiveness is important to our mental health. It is also Important to release our anger and forgive" yah its a good advise, this is what our friends advise to us. but there are times that we did not listen to them. just thinking about the importance of the relationship, and the importance of the person in your life is a guiding post to help you decide to forgive our love ones. Its difficult to forgive, to forgive the unforgivable but it is the best thing that we can do for ourselves, our enemy may not deserve to be forgiven for all the pain inflicted in our life, but we deserve to be happy, we deserve to be free of this evil and have a peaceful life . forgiveness, it is one of the hardest things to do. its our choice to forgive, whether you want to forgive or you're not yet ready. this may give us a feeling of control over our emotions, over situation and in some cases over the outcome. when we forget that we have a choice we leave ourselves open to feeling trapped which is in some cases can lead to depression. Forgiving somebody is a process, at first we may feel that full between what we think logically, and what we feel emotionally, we can be split and say to ourselves, "I want to forgive him or I still love him but I'm still angry", next we may go through the motions of saying the words but not really feeling that we forgive our love ones. if you want to live a long and happy life, forgive the unforgivable, the study shows that one of the secret of longevity and good health is to develop a habit of gratitude and leave the past behind.
