yes I agree with you. It taste different from the one you baked. Fried food is really good. But fried food is not as healthy as the baked ones. It is because of the oil we used. It is not cholesterol free. that is why sometimes even it I like to fry, I will choose to bake it for healthy purposes.

oh!! I usually baked, potatoes, beans and even meat balls, instead of frying it, I choose to bake it. Patties or burger, instead of frying, I cook it in the oven.

I join you in your love for anything fried. I miss fried bananas and fried yams/sweet potatoes. I like fried egg rolls and fried fritters.

I prefer food that is not fried, actually, and often picked the fried coating off from things like fish, or fried shrimp. I think it is an acquired taste. French fries do taste good, if they are not oily. We've had bananas flambe and bananas foster, but so far no fried bananas, although we have seen that kind of banana in the market and inquired about them. Aren't the kind of bananas they usually fry a bit starchier than the kind we peel and eat?

Hmm. . .I think they do have a special banana just made for frying, but my mom has cooked fried bananas with regular bananas before. :) I suppose it just depends on your taste.

The only thing I like from that list is french fries. . .haha. I've gotten sick of fried chicken over the years though. It's rotisserie chicken all the way, or grilled or charbroiled. (: I love fried calamari (that's squid) and onions too.

Oh, I love fried food! I think if I would just be allowed, I would end up endangering myself just eating those everyday. Maybe it's the oil? I have no idea as I absolutely can not cook, but yes french fries, fried chicken, fried rice... I love everything fried. My mom has been trying to wean me out of fried food for a very long time. I don't know if it has worked though. I would say that I have developed a liking for non-fried food, but fried food is still my favorite.
