she says its their fault because they didnt stop her from losing her parents home and her law practice along with owing the IRS $58,000!! she says its their DUTY to have noticed she had a problem.. um yeah they have time to get to know EVERYONE!! why cant ANYONE take responsibility anymore?!?!

And the best part of it is, this case makes it to court.
I wonder who is footing the bill for this one?
I am amazed by the type of cases that are being brought into court these days.
I thought it only happens in shows like Alley Macbeal or Boston Legal or even on the Practice. But in real life too! 
I guess lawyers are really into the law game for the money and not to serve the public trust.

Well, according to the article you posted, she is representing herself.
Apparently, she is a very good lawyer before she succumbed to the addiction of gambling.
Now that she has under gone rehabilitation and lost everything else she had prior to her addiction, she is wanting to get even with these casinos she is blaming for her plight.
This would be an interesting case to keep an eye out for.

people will try anything to get money but you would think the lawyer would want to show his face afterwards and if i was representing her i wouldnt think i would want to show my face since i would feel stupid

Well you are so correct and the liberal media will play it up to the hilt. This is no different than suing for ordering hot coffee. I guess we have to "not be surprised" with what comes next cause it isn't getting better that's for sure.

yeah but i have no luck like that.. when ever im irresponsible i own up to it and dont get anything out of it lol.. i wonder if casinos would change anything if they started losing lawsuits like that??
