is this for real? sounds like a bunch of crap to me but then again meditation and your mind can do amazing things but to have music to listen to for stopping alcohol abuse?? i could almost see the others working but not that one.. anyone tried this or the concept

Hmm... that is one heck of an interesting site.
I do not have sound access where I am. Will have to give it a try with a computer at home.
if it works, then they would have found the ultimate way to alter people's mood in a radical way!
I wonder if the same effect is felt by everyone who listened in.
Like hypnosis, I am sure some people are more susceptible to to it than others.

i dunno but i tried it and the pain killer one made my muscles in my shoulders feel funny but i dont know if i was just losing it or what lol.. so i figure i would try it a few more times before i think it does or does not work

These types of audio recordings can be beneficial for therapeutic uses. Some of them may contain masked subliminal messages which become embedded in your subconscious and claim to help you overcome your problems, though they are not magic by all means! It is also possible to create 'brainwaved' audio files which can change the frequency that your brainwaves are running at and therefore creating an alternative state of mind. Whether they are effective or not depends on a lot of things like your belief in them and your receptivity to them.

Hmmmm i havent gone t the site but my ffriend gave me a idoze software that plays different sounds n stuff and it can mae you high n stuff,sum really worksss really kewl hheehehehe
