Best Psycho Thirllers

Of late i have developed an irresistible inclination towards Psychological Thriller movies.I developed this interest after watching the SAW series & now I want to move on & on. Can Anybody list be 5-10 of the best movies of such category?

SAW was awesome and I also love any kind of scary movies but there were 2 so far that have been hard for me to watch.I did but they were gory and really got to me....If you like these types of movies then you should definitley watch Hostel & Touristas... Touristas to me was the wrose of both.... Worse meaning more scary not bad.
