Why do women try to be like men?

Hi sktekweb, When you say women who act like men do you mean tomboys? I don't think that is a good look, I do tend to prefer more feminine styles. I do agree though that maybe for some women it is a cover, like if they have suffered domestiv violence and they think if they act like men then people might leave them alone or whatever. But even though I don't agree with it everyone is entitled to dress any way in which they wish. Bye

Hi sktekweb, I can honestly say that I have never seen a woman trying to act and dress like a male unless they are lesbian, seen a few men trying to act like a woman though, I mean men just can't "multitask" can they ? so I've seen a few evious look in a mans eye!

hi sktek woman are not trying to be man ... we are just being comfortable Many woman including me is always in my jeans and tshirt (collared), because i go home late and take public transport ... i do not want to wear my feminine costumes, as i am not in a mission to attract attention Dressing - how easy for a mother to be in jeans or pants and carry the child Manner - I am a manager, my work relates to 20 guys and most below 21 years old and not matured, i have to behave in a way that requires the youngsters to respect me and also follow my instructions I am not acting but i am woman of 21st century and not like my mother who has been leaving a life for the husband and family only cheers

I find that some women have been pushed around alot and feel that they need to act manly so that they will not be treated that way again.
