When is it ok to lie?

Who should be the one to decide where the line is drawn on what is concidered a white lie?

hi killove!! for me, it is still not good to lie, whether is a whitelie or not, it would still be a LIE... it would still be better if you would just tell the truth... Honesty will still be the best policy, it may also enlighten your feeling to tell the truth :)
