Could he be a drug dealer?

I once dated this guy many years ago, and he worked at a Pawn Shop, right next to where I used to work at. Well, We liked each other, so we ended up dating... I know that he used to smoke because I could smell it on his breath and clothes.. Well a couple of times, he would take me riding with him, and he would have me sitting in the car, while he went inside of a house, or when he was talking to a guy in the yard. He would have his back to me, and I could tell that he was giving this guy something in his hands. It was like he did not want me to see it... And then he came back into the car... It was very odd because, I had a strange feeling that he was selling drugs. So, one day I was at his apartment, and he left to go to another room.. And I believe that I was looking for something that I had lost, so I ended up looking underneath the bed, and I saw a green looking leaf in a plastic like bag. Ir was not big... But just visible enough to see. When I saw it, I was like what in the world is this. But, I felt like it was not a good thing... And when I saw it, everything began to register... With his mysterious and suspicious attitude.. I put two and two together, and decided that he was selling drugs and I believe that he was taking them too. The leaf that I mentioned looked just like the Marijuana leaf that I have added to my discussion on the right hand side... It just was inside of a plastic like thin bag.. Kind of like a zip lock bag.. But just a smaller version.. I never approached him about it.. But, my gut was telling me that he was doing something that he had no business doing.. After that he started acting weird, like he had no time for me anymore.. He stopped picking me up from work.. And he stopped calling me.. So, eventually this relationship ended. If he was truly a drug dealer, I am glad that I am not with him. I don't want to get myself caught up in a mess as this.. I could be hurt or even dead... Or possibly thrown into jail for his own faults..
