Why Buying Property Is Better Than Stock ?

Property is like the stock market, yu have dozens of different classes. With property, you have residential homes,hotels, commercial building, industry andetc..A bank will lend you moeny to buy a MYR 200k house but it will not lend you money to buy shares. This is because property is an asset. What do you think? Do you think property is better t invest currently?

propery is more stable n it is more consistent , i never see it going down like it often happens in stock market.. they genreally go up.. and do it almost consistently ...

the answer is YES... Most of the properties especially land and buildings accumulate in such time. Unlike other things, they deppreciate. So its nice to invest to something you will have a bigger profit in the future.
But I wont mind buying stocks too.. lol. That is if Im capable of doing so. lol
