A lot of us do not take adequate care inearly childhood and do not brush our teeth regularly and as a result we havbe a lot of cavities in our teeth by the time we are in our teens. We do not realise that it is going to cause us a lot of problems later whenwe have to get some of our teeth extracted and have to manage with a few teeth short. Iknow now we can get artificial teeth implanted, but is it worth it? There is nothing like the original.

Due to my ignorance, I lost two teeth. I let them get in the worst condition possible. So the doctor needed to extract them both. It was like two years ago. After that i decided to never neglect my teeth again, because unlike the sharks we got only one set after loosing the first set when we are young. So my advice to everybody, go to the dentist periodicaly. I know i visit mine every day, because my girlfriend is a dentist :D

I am proud to say I have all of my teeth, including wisdom teeth.
Actually at my age I still have one babytooth..I know Im a freak of nature hahaha
I am very lucky to have good teeth, never had any problems with them . I do take care of them, normal, nothing too much, brush them every day, occasional flossing, quite regular dentists appointment, once every two years - as I have really good teeth I dont need it more often.
