How to get referrals

Can someone please explain to me how to get referrals on Mylot. I'm new here and have tried looking. I can't, for some reason, find how to refer this site to my friends. I know it asked me when I signed up but I just don't like to refer people until I myself have checked out the site. Now that I've checked it out I would definitely like to refer some of my friends. This is a very good question. I only have one referral and I have tried so very hard to get more but I just can not get them. I think I must be asking the wrong people and I think that cos I'll get 25% of there earnings they will only get the other 75% and not 100%. If you find any good ideas on referrals please share with me via pm.

you just go to your friends and there is a tab that says create friend invite or something, then you give mylot thier email and when they join you get credit
