What Kind of vitamins do you think are the best?

I take centrum and from time to time it bothers my stomach so I've stopped taking it. But i want to see what you all are taking to see what else is better. I use to take some liquid multi-vitamin but i don't remember what it's called. So what do you take and how's it been for you.
