Have You Ever Been Annoyed By Gossiping In Library?What You Did To Get Rid it ?

yeah I go upto him or her n then say nO! tht didnt happen the correct .. n i annoy the sh1t out of htem

I have been annoyed by people gossiping in the library, I just move away from them so I can not hear what they are saying, you can't always say anything to these people as you sometimes don't know them or they are just the sort of person you would just never say anything to.

I get annoyed by any gossip. More than the talking in a library I really don't like people gossiping while they are supposed to be working.

Yes, my neighborhood library is popular with teen girls right after school and gossip and giggling abounds. I have never done anything about it. I just choose to not be their in that timeframe if I want to concentrate. On the flipside, I have stopped in at that time before because I longed to hear giggles.

I've come across this quite a few times and it never gets less annoying. I dont know why people would specfially go to a libray to talk, there are far better places for one to talk, thats kinda why the invented starbucks.

I have noticed that quite often when I go. People just carrying on conversations like no one else was around. My library has signs posted to take cell phone calls out to the front lobby, but people still use their cells in the library. What bugs me, is that the librarians seem to do nothing about the chronic talkers. BUT, one day I was there my cell rang, it was my husband. I got on long enough to tell him I'd call him back when I was out of the library and a librarian busted me..for about a 3 second whispered conversation on my phone.

Yes i do remember that on my colleges days. The libririan always put the sign "silence" but the student keeps gossiping too loud that's why there's always the bell ringing for the warning hhhaha, it's very irritating and annoying specially when you are studying your lesson. So all i do is to sit in the very orner of the library away from them so i can concentrate. happy posting.

Yes gossiping in library is bad manners. we were taught in primary school itself that you should maintain pin drop silence. I will be annoyed if any gossips nearby disturb my reading in the library. I will politely try to sort out the matter.

gossiping in library is quite terrible. I am annoyed by it quite often... I often came to the one who are gossiping to each other strightly, and asked them to be quiet! In my opinion,this is the best way you should tell them your feeling, so to let them know their wrongs!
