yeaterday, when i back to dorm,my roommate play a song which i usually listened to last year. the song just take me back to the same moment of last year, and it reminds me of something i thought i've already forgotten. At that time, i have met something unbearable in my life: a terrible headteacher who always thought i am a bad and stupid girl, a bad-tempetered boyfriend who often shoutted to me for no reasons, a tightened air in my dorm for something private... the song make me feel sad, and i can not hold my tears ... however, the nightmare gone. and i have a new life now, a new teacher, a kind boyfriend... the song remind me so much things and it make me feel lucky to have present life. the song's name is BABY what things that songs remind you? i hope song reminds you all good things!

there is an arabic song "youm warra youm" sung by Samira Saed (or Said). It brings back a variety of different memories. many of them bitter sweet. there are other songs but that is the one that came to mind now when i read your discussion.

thank you for your response... for our human beings, lots of things can remind people something. but there is nothing more than music can remind us... I searched the song on the internet,but I won't listen to it now. maybe latter thank you again, you're the first one who respond me!

Listening to music can be helpful to you. Songs from the past always bring back memories for me. Some good and some bad. If i were you i would avoid songs that make you sad, i try too. I know sometimes this is not possible. Try not to listen to the words of these songs, think about something else while it is playing or turn off if possible. Concentrate on the good things in life.

Good evening, quintstessa. The song that reminds me of my ex-girlfriend is Except You. Each time I hear this song, it reminds me of those wonderful days being together as it was my first love that is so hard for me to forget. It was a song decades ago when we were in love with each other. But I was so sad that we parted for some reason...

It is always sad for us to remind someone and something that in the past. yes, i do feel that. however =, life is still going on. first love, is unforgetable to everyong, although you parted for some reasons, you must have been happy then. hope we all be happy each day! thanks for respond. yours, quins.
