did you know you can turn off programs you dont' use

most people know that you can uninstall programs, but did you know you can turn them off instead?

u can just close them or u can go to start programs startup and remove them from there

I am in the IT field, but do not know how to turn off the programs. But, what is this turning off the programs & what benefit does it give to us. Does it save our hard disk space or our computer's memory or startup time of computer?

no and hadi known i wouldnt have deleted so many cause more problems than good
