What bread(s) in Yakitate Japan you would like to try eating and why

I remembered this anime after reading a post from a fellow myloter and I also remembered those funny reactions of the characters who tasted the different breads that where baked. For me, I would really like trying that bread that can make you go back to the past because I am just really curious about the incident my mom told me that happened when I was still a child that I told her that there was a crying girl over a vacated lot, but when my mom turned around there was no one there. Scary huh. So what bread would you like to try and why...
